THIS IS THE PERFECT HOTEL IN INNSBRUCK! I barely leave reviews unless I'm completely disappointed or if something exceeds my expectations. In this case I wanted to leave this review as this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many different reasons. Starting from the moment when I walked in at the check in the reception staff was lovely and helpful and they kept being helpful until the end of our stay. It was my first time in Innsbruck so I had some doubts about the ski area and things to do- welcome card attractions and all of them were so nice and willing to help. I totally appreciated it. The hotel was also an hidden gem in terms of location - close to everything you need (old town - transport to the airport - ski area). I loved the room too on the 5th floor - one night we felt the room was cold and they immediately fixed with an electric heater. They take care of their guests during their stay and this is making the difference. As Italian for us the taste of coffee is important and I must say their macchiato was so good! I haven't tried the dinner at their restaurant but the breakfast was so good and there were many options to choose from. The bread choice was amazing! Last but not least, the SPA is just what you need after a long day skiing and it is included in the price so it is a great addition! I will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again if I will return to Innsbruck as it was a lovely stay! Highly recommended ✅

We were upgraded to a better room than expected – incredibly spacious with super comfortable beds. The room was spotless, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a large TV, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The spa and wellness area, which is free for guests, was a highlight – very clean and relaxing. Also, one part is open 24/7. The breakfast was perfect, and the restaurant where it’s served is beautiful. The hotel’s location in the heart of the city is perfect, and the town itself is absolutely charming. It’s an understatement to say we enjoyed our stay – we only regret staying for just one night, but we’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Innsbruck – the location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town with beautiful views and amazing Italian restaurants just next door. The spa was lovely, even for the kids! Breakfast was decent, but when it got busy, it was hard to find a table together, and the made-to-order eggs were a bit overcooked – we stuck with the buffet. The family room was a bit tight for older kids, but overall a great base for exploring Innsbruck. Noisy at night but that’s to be expected when right on centre of town.

What a lovely hotel! The facilities were unbelievable! We paid just 150 euros per day, and we had a very modern fresh-renovated room, a good breakfast (with a huge buffet) and free access to the pool, which was so relaxing. Especially the pool and the sauna/spa area make the accomodation looking very luxurious. So, it is very value for money. Can't believe it! The location couldn't be better. It is very central and it is good if you have only a day to explore Innsbruck. We paid around 10 euros for a taxi to the train station.

Excellent location, round the corner from old town and main city centre. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in town. The rooms were clean and good size (double superior). Bed was comfortable and shower pressure medium. Hotel breakfast had decent options for eggs different ways. Also the usual continental style items. The bar staff, an older gentleman was very good - prompt with order taking and friendly. Overall pleasant experience, pool was warm and sunbeds around with a sauna room.
